Day 4: The Armor of Prayer
Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.

Reflection: Prayer isn’t just a ritual; it’s an essential piece of our spiritual armor. As we communicate with God, we are fortified against the snares and temptations of the world. Constant prayer equips us to stand firm, resilient against the enemy’s schemes.
Real-life Illustration: Imagine a soldier constantly checking and adjusting his armor before heading into battle. Such continual preparation is what prayer offers us spiritually.
Prayer: Dear Father, help me to see prayer as my spiritual armor, always preparing me for the challenges that lie ahead. May I persevere in prayer for myself and for others. Amen.
