Day 4: Filled with the Fullness of God

…that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

Ephesians 3:18-19b (KJV)

Reflection: The Apostle Paul prays for us to be filled with the very essence of God. It’s a profound truth that our finite beings can contain the infinite God. His love fills us to overflowing, completing us and drawing us closer to His divine nature.

Illustration: Picture a sponge submerged in water. As it soaks up the water, it expands, filled to its full capacity. Similarly, as we immerse ourselves in God’s love, we soak up His essence, filling us to our full capacity.

Prayer: Father, I pray that you fill me with your fullness. May your love saturate every fiber of my being, drawing me closer to your divine nature. Amen.
