Day 5: To God be the Glory
Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
Ephesians 3:20-21 (KJV)
Reflection: These verses remind us of God’s omnipotence and His willingness to work powerfully within us. Not only does He answer our prayers, but He does exceedingly abundantly beyond what we ask or imagine. And for this, He deserves all the glory, now and forevermore.
Illustration: Imagine you ask a friend for a glass of water, and they present you with a pristine lake, saying, “It’s all yours.” God’s provision is like that – beyond what we ask or even think.
Prayer: Lord, I thank you for your abundant provision in my life. May your power continue to work in me, and may all glory be yours, now and forever. Amen.
