The Currency of Faith – Power of Knees that Bend| Day 2

Day 2: The Currency of Faith

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Hebrews 11:6 (KJV)

Reflection: In the divine exchange that takes place during prayer, faith serves as the currency. It’s not enough to simply speak words into the air; we must believe that those words are being caught by a God who cares. When we invest our faith in prayer, we open the door to miraculous possibilities and divine interventions.

Illustration: It’s like investing in a retirement fund. You can’t just deposit money and forget about it; you need to have faith that your investment will grow over time. Your faith in the fund’s growth potential influences your commitment to keep investing.

Prayer: Father, increase my faith so that my prayers may be filled with trust and expectation. Let my prayers be an investment in your kingdom, expecting good returns for your glory. Amen.
