Day 4: Shine with the Armour of Light
The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

Reflection: We are called to cast off the works of darkness and to don the armour of light. This implies actively turning away from sin and embracing the righteousness of Christ. Wearing the armour of light signifies living in a way that reflects God’s truth and love to the world around us.
Illustration: Imagine you are in a dark room and you light a candle. Immediately, the light pushes away the darkness, and you can see clearly. Putting on the armour of light has the same effect, illuminating our path and banishing spiritual darkness.
Prayer: Father, help me to put on Your armour of light every day. Guide me to cast off the works of darkness and shine Your light in my life and to others. Amen.
