Day 2: Understanding Grace’s Reach

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 5:8  (KJV)

Reflection: Even while we were lost, confused, and enmeshed in sin, Christ’s love reached out to us. This is the extent of God’s grace – it’s unconditional, unwavering, and always present. It doesn’t depend on who we are but on who He is.

Illustration: Think of a rescue mission to save someone lost at sea. God’s grace seeks us out, no matter where we are.

Prayer: Father, thank you for your love that reached me even in my sin. May I never take your grace for granted. Amen.
