Day 3: All Things Work Together for Good
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Romans 8:28 (KJV)
Reflection: This verse reassures us that God is orchestrating everything, including our trials, for our good. Even when we can’t see it, God is weaving a beautiful tapestry from the threads of our life experiences. His master plan incorporates even our trials into a grand design for our benefit.
Illustration: Think of baking a cake. Some ingredients, like raw eggs or baking soda, might not be appealing on their own, but when mixed together, they create a delicious dessert. Similarly, the trials we face might not be pleasant, but they contribute to the divine recipe of our lives.
Prayer: Lord, help us to trust Your wisdom when we can’t see the full picture. Give us faith to believe that You are working all things together for our good. Amen.
